Co-payment is due at the time of service for all non-routine dental services. A pre-authorization can be submitted, per your request, to your individual dental carrier as a courtesy to you.
Kids First Dental Group submits claims to your dental insurance carrier as a courtesy to you. Any fees or costs quoted to you are purely estimates, and subject to payment from your individual dental carrier. Kids First Dental Group cannot be held responsible for the amount of benefits payable from your dental insurance carrier. Questions regarding payment amounts should be directed to your dental insurance carrier.
Kids First Dental Group is an in-network provider for United Concordia Tricare and ADDP only. We do not participate in the United Concordia National Fee for Service Plan or Concordia Advantage. If you have questions about in-network providers under your individual plan, please contact your dental carrier.​​

As an out of network provider for Delta Dental, those patients with coverage through Delta will be required to pay in full at time of service for all routine services as well as restorative care. As per guidelines set forth by Delta Dental, reimbursements for dental care are made directly to the member and not the dental provider.
